Now i would like write about types of chocolate...I wish you like it....
Chocolate is classified according to the proportion of cocoa being used in particular formula. there is several types of chocolate

DARK CHOCOLATE
Dark chocolate contains less milk than other kinds of chocolate. Dark chocolate sometimes referred as black chocolate. Dark chocolate often used in baking and cooking Dark chocolate with higher percentages of cocoa will taste more bitter than other kinds of chocolate with lower percentages of cocoa.
COUVERTOURE
Couverture is chocolate with higher percentages of cocoa buttter. Couverture is very popular among pastry chefs. Many people like couverture because the taste of it.
MILK CHOCOLATE
Milk chocolate made by adding milk, most often milk powder, to the traditional chocolate combinations of cooa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, and vanilla. Milk chocolate is familiar and the most popular in terms of commercial consumption.
WHITE CHOCOLATE
White chocolate is very sweet and unique. White chocolate is a mixture of milk, sugar, and cocoa butter. White chocolate will stay solid at a far temperature than milk chocolate or dark chocolate because the melting ponit of cocoa butter. White chocolate lacks many antioxidant.
UNSWEETNED CHOCOLATE
Unsweetned chocolate is made without sugar. Chocolate liquor and fat are used to make unsweetned chocolate. Adding sugar or milk will turn unsweetned chocolate into milk chocolate. Unsweetned chocolate popular for use in baking recipes.
SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE
Semisweet chocolate are most frequently for baking and cooking purposes just like unsweetned chocolate and bitter chocolate. Semisweet chocolate is technicaly a kind of dark chocolate.
